Q: What if the Workstation does not move?
A: There are several possibilities for this problem;
No power supply |
Plug in the Power Cord or check the connection to the Control Boxes |
No connection or a loose connection to the Drive |
Verify the plug connections of the Motor Cable to the Control Box |
No connection or a loose connection to the Hand Switch |
Verify the plug connections of the Motor Cable to the Control Boxes |
Maximum lifting capacity is exceeded |
Reduce the weight or load on the Workstation |
Maximum time limit is exceeded |
Control is activated automatically after approximately nine (9) minutes |
Defective Drive |

Q: What if the Workstation moves down at a slow rate?
