TROUBLESHOOTING AND FAQ
A:Â There are several possibilities for this problem;
No power supply – Plug in the Power Cord or check the connection to the Control BoxesÂ
No connection or a loose connection to the Drive – Verify the plug connections of the Motor Cable to the Control BoxÂ
No connection or a loose connection to the Hand Switch – Verify the plug connections of the Motor Cable to the Control BoxesÂ
Maximum lifting capacity is exceeded – Reduce the weight or load on the WorkstationÂ
Maximum time limit is exceeded – Control is activated automatically after approximately nine (9) minutesÂ
Defective Drive – Contact Customer Service or call (269) 484-5112
Defective Control Box – Contact Customer Service or call (269) 484-5112
Handset is defective – Replace the HandsetÂ
A: Control Box expects new reset – Reset Control Box (see page 21)
A: Maximum lifting capacity is exceeded – Reduce weightÂ
A: No connection or a loose connection to the Drive – Verity the plug connections of the Motor Cable to the Control and reset the Control BoxÂ
